These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AEONNN website, application, subscriptions, features, AI tools, protocol tools, lab-related features, content, connected services, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services").

AEONNN is not intended to function as a regulated medical device, clinical decision-support system, or substitute for licensed medical judgment unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and supported by applicable regulatory authorization.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The Services, including any scores, insights, protocols, stacks, supplement suggestions, lab contextualization, AI-generated outputs, or other content, are not medical advice, are not a diagnosis, are not treatment, and are not intended for emergency use.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant decisions relating to supplements, medications, biomarker interpretation, diet, exercise, or healthcare.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
You acknowledge that AEONNN outputs are informational, educational, probabilistic, and wellness-oriented only. They may be based on incomplete, evolving, delayed, third party or user-provided data and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for health, medical, supplement, medication, diet, exercise, or lifestyle decisions.
You are solely responsible for verifying any information, recommendation, stack, protocol, score, trend, or output before acting on it and for consulting an appropriately qualified professional where appropriate.
By using wellness, supplement, biomarker, recovery, performance, exercise, nutrition, protocol, or optimization-related features, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with your use of such features and with any decisions you make based on the Services.

5. Labs, Providers, and Third-Party Health Services
AEONNN may enable upload of laboratory results, connections to third-party laboratories, access to third-party clinicians or providers, pharmacy-related workflows, and similar features.
By using such features, you acknowledge that those services may be provided by independent third parties; AEONNN does not control or guarantee the quality, accuracy, completeness, timing, legality, or clinical appropriateness of third-party services or outputs; and your use of such third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
If you upload or direct transfer of lab results, you are responsible for ensuring the data is accurate and lawfully provided.
6. Supplements Disclaimer
AEONNN may provide educational information, protocols, or suggestions related to supplements, nutrient strategies, or stacks.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AEONNN does not manufacture, dispense, or prescribe supplements through the Services; supplement-related content is for informational and wellness purposes only; and you are responsible for evaluating whether any supplement or stack is appropriate for you.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or modifying supplement use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or under professional care.

7. Apple Health, Wearables, and Connected Apps
AEONNN may allow you to connect Apple Health, wearable devices, or third-party apps.
When you enable a connection, you authorize AEONNN to access the categories of data made available through that connection, you understand that connected data depends on the operation and availability of those third-party services, and you acknowledge that AEONNN is not responsible for errors, omissions, or interruptions originating from those third-party services.
You may disconnect integrations at any time, subject to technical limitations and lawful retention obligations.
AEONNN relies on permissions, data availability, and technical functionality controlled by Apple, Google, wearable manufacturers, device providers, and other third-party platforms. AEONNN is not responsible for missing, delayed, corrupted, inaccurate, or incomplete data originating from such sources.
8. AI Disclaimer
AEONNN may use AI, machine learning, rules-based engines, and similar technologies to generate outputs.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, may not reflect all relevant personal circumstances, and are not professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
You use AI-generated outputs at your own risk and should exercise independent judgment.
AEONNN does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are error-free, complete, current, scientifically settled, clinically validated, or appropriate for your individual circumstances.
AEONNN has no obligation to update, correct, monitor, or re-issue prior outputs based on new research, changed personal circumstances, newly available data, or later platform improvements, except where required by law.
Certain wellness, longevity, supplement, recovery, biomarker, or optimization-related concepts reflected in the Services may involve evolving, emerging, incomplete, disputed, or non-consensus scientific research.
9. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access the Services.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your credentials confidential, update your information as needed, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.
10. Subscription Plans, Trials, and Billing
AEONNN may offer free tiers, paid subscriptions, premium tiers, free or discounted trials, one-time purchases, and add-on features.
When you subscribe, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge the fees and taxes applicable to your plan.
If your plan renews automatically, we will disclose the renewal terms, billing frequency, price, and cancellation method.
You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
If you begin a free or discounted trial, your paid subscription may begin automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Founding Membership may be offered as a one-time purchase granting lifetime access to Evolution tier, subject to the conditions presented at enrollment. Lifetime access follows Evolution tier and any substantially equivalent successor membership but does not automatically include higher future tiers, separately priced services, third-party offerings, physical products, or usage beyond Evolution’s standard allowances. Founding Membership is personal, non-transferable, and remains subject to these Terms and Conditions and the account remaining in good standing.
11. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the applicable account settings, app store, billing platform, or by contacting support, depending on how you purchased the Services.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a specific offer, cancellation stops future renewals, the current paid term remains active until its end, fees already paid are non-refundable, and no prorated refund is provided for unused portions of the current term.
If consumer law in your jurisdiction gives you additional rights, those rights are not limited by these Terms.
12. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party processors.
You authorize AEONNN and its processors to charge your selected payment method for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, applicable taxes, and other charges you expressly authorize.
If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate access after reasonable notice or retry attempts.
13. User Inputs and Uploaded Content
You may submit notes, questionnaires, uploads, lab results, journal entries, and other content ("User Inputs").
You guarantee that you own or have the right to provide such content, that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that providing it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You retain ownership of your User Inputs.
You grant AEONNN a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, and use your User Inputs only as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate your account, generate outputs, support connected features, maintain security, support, and compliance, and create de-identified or aggregated data where lawful.
We do not claim ownership of your User Inputs.
14. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services unlawfully, reverse engineer or interfere with the Services, scrape or extract data except as permitted by law, upload malicious code, access another person's account without authorization, use the Services to build or support a competing service, or misuse the Services in a way that harms AEONNN, users, providers, or third parties.
15. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, content, interfaces, designs, reports, models, logic, and related materials, are owned by AEONNN or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.
16. Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback, you grant AEONNN a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the Services without compensation to you.
This clause does not transfer ownership of your personal data.
17. Service Changes
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue the Services or parts of them periodically.
We may also update features, plans, and pricing.
If we make a material adverse change to a paid subscription, we will provide notice as required by law.
AEONNN shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, failures, inaccuracies, or unavailability resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures involving third-party infrastructure providers, cloud services, internet connectivity, wearable platforms, laboratories, app stores, payment processors, artificial intelligence systems, software dependencies, regulatory actions, labor disputes, natural disasters, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
AEONNN does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of content or outputs, or any specific health, wellness, supplement, or performance outcome.
AEONNN does not warrant that the Services will identify all risks, contraindications, interactions, abnormal values, relevant patterns, or circumstances requiring professional attention.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEONNN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages; AEONNN is not liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss of data; and AEONNN's total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to AEONNN in the 12 months before the claim arose, or USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEONNN shall not be liable for decisions made or actions taken by users in reliance on any output, insight, score, stack, protocol, recommendation, trend, summary, or content generated through the Services.
20. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold AEONNN harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your User Inputs, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
21. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the AEONNN Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
22. Governing Law and Disputes

If you access the Services from outside the jurisdiction of the contracting entity, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for local compliance to the extent applicable.
24. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your payment remains unresolved, your use poses legal, compliance, or security risk, or we are required to do so by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion subject to lawful retention obligations.
